We’re celebrating Ice Wine in the Grand River Valley! Kick off Ice Wine Festival weekend with a new tapas trail the Friday evening before festival. Start at Cask 307 or South River Vineyard and proceed on to Grand River Cellars and Debonne Vineyards for a hearty small plate and paired wine sample at each location. THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT! Mark your calendars for our first EVER doormat workshop at Grand River Cellars. Limited seats available. Cost is $45 and includes all supplies necessary to leave with a beautiful doormat. Food and beverages sold separate. These are done with a stencil so you don’t have to be crafty to get a great result. You might want to bring a t-shirt or apron to paint in. Please think about what colors you would like your project to be in advance. You get to pick your background board color as well as your writing colors. There is no right or wrong.

Explore Grand River Valley- Winter Wine Bingo Contest

Experience all that the Grand River Valley has to offer this winter by playing wine-o bingo with eight fabulous local wineries.
From January 1 – February 1, 2020, complete your bingo card by getting a stamp from all participating wineries and seeking out Grand River Valley treats and attractions during your visit to our region. Once you have completed your bingo card, write your email on the bottom of the card (backside) and hand it in to one of the participating wineries.
By submitting your completed bingo card, you will be entered to win a Wine Country Weekend Getaway during the 2020 Ice Wine Festival (the first three Saturday’s of March). The Weekend Getaway for two guests includes one night stay at the brand new Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison along with tickets to their wine shuttle, offering you a ride to three local wineries. Your getaway also includes a gift certificate to a local winery that you can use towards dinner, wine or both!

Dani Klein will be celebrating the holidays this month for Brushes & Lushes. She is an art teacher from Stella’s Art Gallery in Mentor. Dani will teach you to paint, entertain you, and enjoy wine along the way. This month attendees will paint 3 ornaments for your Christmas Tree. The fee is 30$ per person or $25 for children and young adults (12-20) OR for non-wine drinkers. Your supplies will be included in the price as well as a glass of wine. All class registrations are non-refundable and may not be applied toward another class or event.
