The Cask Project began as an idea in 2010 to have a continual red blend from the Grand River Valley. Each year, a percentage of the wine will be bottled and sold to make room for the next year’s harvest. The date on the bottle represents the year it began, “10” and the year it was bottled, “22”. Each winery used a different 500 gallon Cask barrel with vinifera grapes from their own farm. Perpetually aged, perpetually oaked and annually refreshed with a new exceptional estate vintage. How would you like to paint with your pup?
Join Dani Klein, from Stella Art Gallery for this unique and fun activity for you and your companion. Each guest will have the chance to allow their furry friend to paint on two-8×10 canvases.
The class will be held in the side-yard and your companion will have from 2pm-4pm to complete your art piece. The actual art takes only around 20-25 minutes to complete. You are welcome to join us on our dog friendly patio (please call for a reservation for that) both before and after the class.
The instructors will be using dog treats to encourage your pups’ inner Picasso to paint. If their dog has a sensitive diet, you may bring their own treats, otherwise we will provide treats for them.
Tickets are $25 per individual and their dog. Only a limited number of tickets will be available for sale, and they will go fast.

The Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant has teamed up with Feels Like OM Goat Yoga to offer the Peace Love Goat Yoga and Wine Tasting class series, which features an outdoor goat yoga class with adorable pygmy goats followed by a wine tasting. Get your zen on under the trees in the side lawn surrounded by our four-legged friends. Classes will run one Sunday per month throughout the summer. The Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant has teamed up with Feels Like OM Goat Yoga to offer the Peace Love Goat Yoga and Wine Tasting class series, which features an outdoor goat yoga class with adorable pygmy goats followed by a wine tasting. Cost includes all supplies necessary to leave with a beautiful painted wooden project. Food and beverages sold separate. You might want to bring a t-shirt or apron to paint in. Please think about what colors you would like your project to be in advance. You get to pick all your paint colors. There is no right or wrong.

Join us as we welcome Delinda Meriani from Stella Art Gallery in Willoughby to learn a little about beach glass and make a beach glass art piece. You will be provided with all the materials needed to create your very own artwork, or participants may bring in their own beach glass for the class or even just for show and tell. This class’s art will be created on a 6×8 inch wooden plank. Each student will create one plank. Come in before the class and enjoy dinner.

Wreaths and Wine is back with a Summer Wreath class with Lavender and Libations!
How can you have the beauty and fragrance of fresh lavender last for years? Make a wreath with it in this class with Maggie Fusco, longtime wreath maker and proprietor of The Wood Road Salad Farm in Madison. Maggie has been growing and making wreaths and other crafts with lavender for 20 years on the farm. In this class on Wednesday July 19th at 6pm you’ll learn a simple technique to create a wreath made with this year’s crop of fresh lavender harvested each year in early July.
Fee is $60 which includes all materials plus a glass of wine to toast your success! It takes A LOT of lavender to make a nice full wreath like this, but everyone takes one home with a finished size of 20”-22”!
