Wine Cave Menu

Experience something unique in the Wine Cave! A variety of options are available. Enjoy a Saturday afternoon tasting or bring your family out on Sunday to enjoy our Family Style Italian Dinners. We also have a private dining menu for special occasions, company meetings and luncheons.

Prices are based on minimum of 10 people and do not include 20% gratuity or sales tax. Available with reservations only. $100 non-refundable room rental fee. Maximum room capacity is 20 people. Any damages done to the Wine Cave will be charged to the guest for repair. Dinner is served plated.

Bruschetta, Hummus & Olive Tapenade Bar / 6 per person
Trio of our bruschetta, garlic or roasted red pepper hummus and our Olive tapenade served with Ciabatta

Cheese & Cured Meat Board / 6 per person
Three varieties of cheese & crackers with a selection of cured meats, olives & roasted red peppers

Meatballs / 5 per person
Mini meatballs marinated in your choice of sauces. Sauces include our bourbon sauce, a tangy mustard BBQ sauce & a sweet and sour sauce

Brie & Blue Cheese Spread/6 per person
Brie baked & stuffed with blue cheese & roasted garlic, served with Ciabatta & sliced pears

Sausage Sampler/6 per person
Samples of Slovenian Sausage, Italian Sausage & Bratwurst, served with whole grain mustard & house pickled onions

Caprese Skewers / 5 per person
Small skewers with fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes & fresh basil drizzled with a balsamic glaze 5 per person

Four large scallops baked in a Chardonnay butter sauce served with a pesto pasta and topped with fresh basil

Roasted zucchini & carrots, sautéed spinach with garlic sun dried tomatoes & fresh basil served with our roasted red pepper cream sauce
Wagyu Beef w/Black Truffles
Ravioli stuffed with Wagyu beef blended with black truffles, Porcini & Portobello au jus served with homemade Gorgonzola sauce
