Ice Wine Progressive Dinner

The Wine Growers of the Grand River Valley Ice Wine Trail event takes place the entire month of April 2021 from 1-5pm. We’ve put together an Ice Wine Dinner experience option for trail-goers that pairs or features our Ice Wines at every turn on three separate Fridays in April. Each date with its own unique menu.

Start with an appetizer and wine pours at Cask 307, the newest member of the WGGRV.  Move on to Grand River Cellars for a full-serve main course and paired wines. Dessert will be served at Debonné Vineyards with additional wine pours. After your meal, head over to Red Eagle Distillery for an after-dinner cocktail to end the evening. $59.95 per person includes tax & gratuity.

Appetizer: Italian Slider w/Spiced Capicollo, Olive Tapenade, Microgreens & White Pepper Aioli

Entrée: Pork Tenderloin w/Cherry Sauce; Lemon-Ricotta Risotto; Italian Herb Oil Asparagus w/Parmesan

Dessert: Black Forest Cake Frozen Dessert

Cocktail: Peanut Butter Cup-Chocolate Cream, Red Eagle Bourbon, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, South River Vineyards Blush Ice Wine
