We invite you to join your artist Cory at Grand River Cellars in Madison on Sunday, Jan. 11th to create your own unique framed winter cardinal landcape with the use of preserved pressed ferns, flowers, and acrylic paint to illustrate your scene!
Your artist Cory will start you off on 11″x14″ presketched watercolor paper which we will then start painting to create our landscape. After painting we will apply real pressed ferns to be used as our winter trees, as well as red flowers to fill in our cardinal. Play around with different sizes to create the illusion of depth in your art! You will also receive the frame and battery lights pictured in the example.
This project is open for lots of variations and diversity. We can’t wait to see your creations!
