 ng of calm and bliss.\n\nThe cost of each yoga class is $21.00 and inclu
 des a glass of wine\, beer or mocktail following the class. This is a ba
 sic level of yoga\; you will need to provide your own mat. The yoga clas
 s will last for one hour and the mingling can last for as long as you’
 d like.\n\nThis experience is a wonderful way to start off your day and 
 relax right into a perfect Sunday afternoon.  We always have a good tim
 e and it’s a great opportunity for you to form new friendships and spe
