 e that include an overnight stay at the hotel. Choose from River View or

 e Grand River Valley Cask Red Wine Project\nThe Cask Project began as an
  idea in 2010 to have continual red blends from the Grand River Valley. 
 Each year\, a percentage of the wine will be bottled and sold to make ro
 om for the next year’s harvest. The date on the bottle represents the 
 year it began\, “10\,” and the year it was bottled\, “25”. Each 
 estate winery chose a different 500 gallon Cask barrel to fill with vini
 fera grapes from their own farms with wines crafted by their respective 
 winemakers. Perpetually aged\, perpetually oaked and annually refreshed 
 with a new exceptional estate vintage. The blend at each location is uni
