Ice Wine Progressive Dinner

The Wine Growers of the Grand River Valley Ice Wine Trail event takes place the entire month of April 2021 from 1-5pm. We’ve put together an Ice Wine Dinner experience option for trail-goers that pairs or features our Ice Wines at every turn on three separate Fridays in April. Each date with its own unique menu.

Start with an appetizer and wine pours at Cask 307, the newest member of the WGGRV.  Move on to Grand River Cellars for a full-serve main course and paired wines. Dessert will be served at Debonné Vineyards with additional wine pours. After your meal, head over to Red Eagle Distillery for an after-dinner cocktail to end the evening. $59.95 per person includes tax & gratuity.

April 23rd menu:

Appetizer: Ice Wine Reuben Slider w/Smoked Corned Beef, Red Beet Kraut, Swiss & Chardonnay Thousand Island

Entrée: Baby Back Ribs w/White BBQ Sauce over Parsnip Puree with an Arugula & Pine Nut Salad tossed with Lemon Vinaigrette

Dessert: Apple Pie with Ice Wine Whipped Cream

Cocktail: White Chocolate Raspberry-Raspberry Cream, White Chocolate, Bourbon, South River Vineyards Blush Ice Wine
